Moto of NCC – Unity and Discipline

Aims of NCC –

• To Create a Human Resource of Organized, Trained and Motivated Youth, to Provide Leadership in all walks of Life and always be available for the service of the nation.
• To Develop Character, Comradeship, Sportsmanship, Discipline, leadership, Secular Outlook, Spirit of Adventure and Ideals of Selfless Service amongst the youth of the Country.
• To provide a suitable environment to motivate the youth to take up a career in Armed Forces.

NCC not only moulds a person physically but also mentally and spiritually, imbibes the four cardinals

• Be punctual
• Obey with a smile
• Tell no lies and make no excuses
• Work hard and without fuss

Institutional Training parade is organized every Saturday as per the Training Schedules submitted in the Unit through the Principal.

Subjects taught in parades are:

• Drill
• Weapon Training
• Map Reading
• Miscellanev Miscellaneous topics such as:- National Integration, Leadership, Community Development, Health and Hygiene, Environment Studies, First Aid, Civil Defence and Disaster Management, Fire Fighting, Obstacle Training.
