The Department of Mathematics was started in the year 1962 with the undergraduate course. The postgraduate course was started in the year 1970. It was later shifted to KMCPGS in the year 1989. Many of our alumni are in elite positions. Some of our faculty members are alumni of the department.

 Aim to provide high quality education in mathematics so as to equip the students with depth knowledge in Mathematics to pursue higher studies and to enrich them with employability skills to go for high profile jobs.

 To inculcate effective and enjoyable learning.

SCOPE OF THE PROGRAM

 Students qualified in the program B.Sc Mathematics have wide scope. The options are 1.M.Sc. Mathematics, 2.M.C.A., 3.B.Ed., 4.M.B.A.
